Piece x Piece VII, Cotuit Center for the Arts, 2025

Every other year, the Cotuit Center for the Arts invites artists to participate in a large-scale collaborative installation. Each artist receives a 15" x 15" primed panel, and a 2" x 2" color reproduction of a portion of a mystery painting, which they may reproduce in any medium of their choosing. They are also invited to submit a personal piece for display in the show.

After a few months of working alone and in secrecy, participating artists come together for a celebration and installation/reveal of the painting.

The subject of Piece x Piece VII was revealed to be Gustav Klimt's Country Garden with Sunflowers.
